Today I want to share with you a new series: the Wellness Wednesday Wishlist, where I’ll be sharing with you the items that are in my shopping cart or on my wishlist. At UPLEVEL HUMANS we love all things wellness related which means I’m always online browsing for the best health tools and products.

Summer is coming up which means wardrobe changes. Summer season means going for long walks, yoga, weightlift trainings and just enjoying the beautiful weather. Also note that I love colourful things in summer so you’ll see that back in this Wellness Wednesday Wishlist. However I do love some basic neutral coloured pieces as well since you can pair them with everything.

The Wellness Wednesday Wishlist

Gymshark is one of my all-time favourite gym clothing brands. I started buying legging from them since 2019 and I have been in love with their leggings every since. This gorgeous Vital Seamless Legging in Bright Green Marl is something that is high on my wishlist. The Vital Seamless Leggings are incredible to workout in. Made from stretchy material, makes this perfect a perfect allrounder. The Deep Teal Marl is my one of my favourite colours so I must grab a pair!

Currently I’m very into Alo Yoga. This Wild Thing Bra in Deep Plum is just so beautiful. I secretly want this bra in all colours! These High-Waisted Dreamscape Trousers are just calling my name. This new Alo Yoga Macadamia colour is it! Pair it with a lovely top and you’re good to go. You cannot go wrong with the Alo Yoga Seamless Chosen Bra, with it’s clean cut you will always look polished! As a result of Alo Yoga creating beautiful products you will look elevated and yet sporty!
