BOOKS

Reading is a perfect way of spending time with yourself. Just you and your book. But we’re not always in the mood to read literary fiction. That is why I find myself gravitating towards self-improvement books about different areas of holistic wellness.

Liver Rescue – The liver is an organ that holds on emotion and anger. Learning about that will be so interesting.

The Holographic Universe – I heard that this book is a must read and that after reading it you will see synchronicities. I’m really curious about this one!

From Within – Meghan Swidler, also known as thatplantbasedgal on Instagram, gives us an insight how we can adapt a more plant-forward eating pattern and how this can benefits us.
