Smaakvol en boordevol levendige kruiden en specerijen. Dit recept is makkelijk aan te passen en kan ook vegetarisch en veganistisch gemaakt worden!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Ik eet en maak graag soepen. Ze geven je een warm gevoel. <strong>\n  <em>Deze helende kippensoep<\/em>\n<\/strong> heeft verbazingwekkende helende eigenschappen. Het is perfect als je jezelf een oppepper wilt geven of als je het even niet meer ziet zitten.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Ik begon mijn soepreis met geroosterde muskaatpompoensoep. In het begin van de afgelopen herfst ben ik begonnen met het maken van mijn eigen bottenbouillon. Sindsdien heb ik veel soepen gemaakt. Inclusief dit soeprecept.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Wat ik het leukste aan dit recept vind, is hoe veelzijdig het is. Iedereen heeft een ander eetpatroon, maar het mooie is dat dit een goede basis is om op voort te bouwen!<\/p>\n\n<p>Om dit vegetarisch of veganistisch te maken kun je de kip weglaten. Dit maakt nog steeds een Healing Soup. Want alle specerijen en kruiden maken dit een genezende soep.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Ik heb Cajun-kruidenmix gebruikt om de kip te kruiden, maar je kunt dit zeker vervangen door een andere kruidenmix. Chinese 5 kruiden geven het een zoete Aziatische smaak.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Je kunt de gedroogde rozemarijn en tijm ook vervangen door verse kruiden. Gebruik verse salie, marjolein, basilicum of gewoon verse tijm en rozemarijn.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Als je van extra pittige soep houdt, voeg dan gerust een in plakjes gesneden hete peper toe. Wij houden van een goede hete citroenachtige kick in onze soep.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Als je extra helende eigenschappen wilt, voeg dan kurkuma toe. Voeg zeker zwarte peper toe! Door de zwarte peper kan ons lichaam de kurkuma beter absorberen.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hoe maak je Helende Kippensoep<\/h2>\n\n<p>Kies je kruiden en specerijen.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Begin met het in blokjes snijden van de wortels en de ui. Je moet de wortel in grote stukken snijden. Snijd hoe je maar wilt. Ik heb ze in dikkere plakken gesneden en die gehalveerd.<\/p>\n\n<p>Doe koudgeperste extra vierge kokosolie in een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lecreuset.com\/round-dutch-oven\/21177US.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">grote pan<\/a> en fruit hierin de wortelen. Voeg na een paar minuten de rode uien toe aan de grote pan. Bak de kip in een pan. Breng op smaak met kruiden en specerijen naar keuze. Ik heb gedroogde tijm, gedroogde rozemarijn, zwarte peper en Cajun kruidenmix gebruikt.  <\/p>\n\n<p>De volgende stap is optioneel, maar ik vind het makkelijker om de kippensoep op te dienen. Leg de kippendijen op een bord en snijd ze in hapklare stukken. Voeg indien nodig wat extra kokosolie toe. Laat het een paar minuten koken, ik zou zeggen zo&#8217;n 3-8 minuten.<\/p>\n\n<p>Voeg dan langzaam water toe aan de grote pan. Hoeveel hangt af van de grootte van je pot. Maar ik voeg altijd heel veel toe, want je kunt nooit genoeg soep hebben, toch?<\/p>\n\n<p>Laat de soep minimaal 2 uur sudderen.
